Skifest is the largest annual fundraiser for Ottawa’s Ronald McDonald House (RMH) — a home-away-from-home for the families of children being treated for serious illness at CHEO. Ahead of the 25th anniversary of Skifest, RMH came to Banfield looking for a fresh new visual identity and website for the event.
The new logo combines the iconic hair and nose of Ronald McDonald with the event name illustrated in icy ski goggles. The look-and-feel and UX of the website followed the same principles of simplicity: fresh, modern and engaging. Our efforts helped make the 2016 and 2017 editions of Skifest meet their fundraising objectives.
